Lighthouse Consulting Partners’ team-building process uses our In-Depth Work Style Personality Assessment to help teams better understand how individual styles influence communication, decision making, problem solving, stress responses, and workplace dynamics.

Assessment-Based Team Insight
Each participant completes our In-Depth Work Style Personality Assessment, providing insight across 16 personality factors and multiple workplace dynamics. Lighthouse then develops team comparison graphs and a Thought Flow chart to illustrate how the team approaches communication, problem solving, planning, leadership, support, and decision making.
These tools create a practical framework for understanding how the team functions collectively and where opportunities exist to strengthen collaboration and effectiveness.
Interactive Team Development Workshops
Our facilitated team-building workshops are designed to create meaningful discussion, increase empathy and understanding, and strengthen workplace relationships. Participants leave with greater awareness of how to approach one another more effectively and how to leverage individual strengths to support overall team success.
Workshops are conducted remotely and can be customized to support leadership teams, departments, project groups, or cross-functional teams.
