You’ll start with taking a 30-minute online workstyle and personality test. A senior LCS consultant prepares an in-depth analysis of the test results and studies your resume.
Next, the two of you will have a phone conference during which the following will be discussed.

- The type of work environment in which you’ll excel
- We’ll spend most of our time walking through a career guidance process
At the end of the phone conference you’ll have a sharper picture of your ideal job based on the personality test results, your education, training and past experience.
You’ll also be much more empowered to present yourself effectively in person and via resume.
If necessary, the LCS consultant will schedule a follow-up call to check on your progress and offer both encouragement and advice.
