About Roger Lu
Roger heads the Sino-American Leadership practice at LCS. In this role he coaches organizations and executives who must excel within a culture and environment that is not native to them.
He provides one-on-one coaching to help U.S. executives succeed while on assignment in China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong. Because of Roger’s sterling management achievements in the U.S., he is also well suited for guiding Asian companies and executives on how best to empower the unique characteristics of American workers.
As required, Mr. Lu can implement the same proprietary testing and assessment methodologies pioneered by LCS so that U.S. clients can achieve a level of consistency in hiring practices and talent development across their locations on both sides of the Pacific.
