We conduct an in-depth personality and work style assessment that gives the employee and their LCS Outplacement Consultant beneficial insight into what work environment and into what position the employee will perform best.
This information is extremely useful for creating the job search strategy, profile messaging and resume development.
Resume and Profile
LCS will create a resume and LinkedIn profile for the employee that support the job search strategy. This includes writing and formatting the resume, a cover letter, and providing content for the employee to copy/paste into their LinkedIn Profile.
1:1 Coaching and Guidance
Every transition is expertly guided by one of LCS’ Outplacement Consultants. Each is an accomplished executive with impressive credentials in human resources, leadership development, and executive coaching.
The goal of an LCS Outplacement Consultant is to assist employees in obtaining the right new positions more quickly. Although our consultants do not actually locate new jobs, they help employees to develop the skills, tools, and attitude necessary for a successful job search.
A Personalized Marketing Plan
The LCS Outplacement Consultant will formulate a detailed plan (available in Platinum and Gold plans only) of how the employee will market themselves to potential employers. This step alone can shave months off the job-search period by focusing efforts on the best targets and most fruitful tactics.
